Welcome to Attika Studios. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Attika Studios

Attika Studios creates handcrafted GFRC planters, tables, and sculptural objects for residential and commercial spaces. Our work is rooted in material integrity, craftsmanship, and considered design.

Because many of our pieces are handmade, made to order, or produced in small batches, variation is inherent to the process. Subtle differences in tone, texture, surface character, and finish are part of what makes each piece distinct.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or with others’ use of it.

You may not:

• use the site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems

• disrupt or interfere with the security or functionality of the site

• copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit site content without our prior written consent

3. Product Representation

We make every effort to present our pieces as accurately as possible. However, due to photography, lighting, screen settings, handcrafted finishes, and the nature of the material itself, actual color, texture, and surface detail may vary from what appears online.

Our products may feature natural variation, including tonal shifts, air pockets, edge irregularities, finish variation, and other characteristics consistent with handcrafted GFRC work. These are not defects, but part of the material language and making process.

All dimensions and weights are approximate unless otherwise specified.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases involving pricing errors, product description errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues.

An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. A transaction is considered accepted only once we confirm the order and begin processing it.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions relating to pricing, availability, product descriptions, shipping charges, or other information at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, freight charges, delivery surcharges, and other costs will be calculated at checkout or otherwise communicated before payment is completed.

6. Payment

Full payment is required before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

• you are authorized to use the payment method provided

• the payment information is accurate and complete

• the transaction is valid and approved by your payment provider

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent or unauthorized.

7. Made-to-Order and Custom Work

Many Attika Studios pieces are made to order or custom produced. Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on production volume, materials, finish selection, customization, freight coordination, and circumstances beyond our control.

Custom, made-to-order, personalized, and special-order pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or there is a verified manufacturing defect.

Once production has begun, cancellations, changes, or revisions may not be possible.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship orders within the timeframes stated on our website or otherwise communicated to you. All shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Attika Studios is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, parcel carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, customs processing, delivery access issues, incorrect address information, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply if an order must be rerouted, redelivered, stored, or returned due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided, or upon transfer to the carrier where applicable.

Oversized, freight, white glove, trade, and commercial deliveries may be subject to additional terms.

9. Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at hello@attikastudios.com within 4 days of delivery and include:

• your order number

• photographs of the item

• photographs of the packaging

• a brief description of the issue

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to process a claim.

10. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our work, returns are limited.

Unused, uninstalled, and undamaged standard items may be eligible for return within [14] days of delivery, subject to approval.

We do not accept returns on:

• made-to-order pieces

• custom pieces

• personalized items

• final sale items

• items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. Unless the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage, or our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

11. Trade, Designer, and Commercial Orders

Trade, designer, hospitality, and commercial orders may be governed by separate written terms, including payment schedules, lead times, freight coordination, custom specifications, approvals, storage, and delivery requirements.

Where separate written terms apply, those terms will control in the event of any inconsistency with these Terms.

12. Product Use and Care

Our products must be used and maintained in accordance with any care guidance we provide. It is your responsibility to determine whether a product is suitable for your intended use, environment, installation condition, drainage requirements, climate exposure, and load-bearing needs.

Attika Studios is not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, improper drainage, lack of maintenance, exposure to extreme conditions, accidents, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, product names, imagery, graphics, logos, branding, designs, layout, and other materials, is the property of Attika Studios or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, display, or otherwise use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

14. User Content and Submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, comments, or other content to us, you grant Attika Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and share that content in connection with our business, website, and marketing.

You represent that:
